Email Notifications Not Arriving (password reset, change security Email, etc.)

If you are attempting to reset your password or change your security Email, and the verification notice isn't showing up in your inbox, check the following things:

  • Confirm that your account's security Email is the same account that you are checking for the notification. 
  • Make sure no other Vegas World accounts are open when you request the Email.
  • Check your Junk/Spam folder for the message. It's very common for Vegas World notifications to get routed into spam folders.
  • If no message appears after a few minutes, wait an hour or more and try again.

If you have tried all of that and you are still not getting any notifications, you may need to select a new Email address. There are several services that provide free Email including gmail, hotmail, and Yahoo.
