The Vegas World support staff can review all transactions using Vegas World's payment options (Credit Card, PayPal, Mail-in.) Players who have concerns about any payments made through any of the Vegas World payment services should contact us directly with a Help Ticket.

Important: The Vegas World support staff will only be able to review charges made through Vegas World's payment services. If you made your payment through a 3rd party like Facebook, Google Play, or iTunes, you will need to contact them for support with your payment. No matter what service you use, nobody is ever billed for Gems they don't get, but failed transactions may appear on your statement as pending charges for a few days before they are refunded back to you.
