why did Vegas world take my one billion coins from me when my membership ran out, I earned those coins on a membership that I paid for.

  You would need to continue to be a VIP or Elite member in order to receive the monthly Coins.

  i had elite and earned those coins, just because my membership ran out shouldn't mean you take away coins i already earned with my elite membership that I PAID FOR

  The monthly Coins are a perk of being a VIP or Elite member. You would still have to be a member in order to benefit from the perks.
