FRINGO is not letting me access my power ups. If it does it only gives me the MAGNET or the burglar that steals from others.

  Not all Fringo power-ups are available for use on all islands. The more powerful ones are only activated on the high-wager islands. To see what power-ups can be used on each island, check the island information when you select which one you want to play.
