If you miss even one day signing in you start all over. It keeps track of time, if you  notice it tells you the last time your friends logged on in minutes ago and hours ago. If you sign in at 8 am one day and dont sign in again until 2 pm the next day you're over 24 hrs, even tho they are consecutive days.

All you can do is submit a ticket and demand an answer, good luck.

Wow this seems to have cut my message short. I had a day count that was 14 days more than my husbands day count. Now he has 14 days more than I do. HUMMMMMM. that makes my day count going backwards or his is doubling?  Can some one please explain how to do a ticket? thank you Mrs Magic xx

Sorry. I thought I sent in a ticket...I think. I could be mistaken. Do I get a reply if I sent in a ticket?

Top right corner of this page, submit a request. You will receive answer at your home email but it always takes a few days.

It's still counting for me...  Funny thing is, I know for a fact that I've missed a few days, and still.  Just keeps adding up.  Up to 469 days.   Think I will avoid the site for the rest of the week, and check back Monday.  See what I am up to.   Yes, I reported it, and generated a ticket.  They closed the ticket without any interaction.  Yes, I put on their auto generated ticket close survey that my issues was not resolved.   Still never heard back from them.  Yet, I still get my weekly tickets to the bogus Gem Contest, and the day counter keeps going up..

Guess just have to see how it is on Monday.

VWBad: I think this explains how inactive players win the "bogus gem contest" so often. It doesn't really matter if you log in or not (active or inactive).

It's Monday, and the counter is still going up.   Oddly enough it only went up a day (470), even though it should of reset.  I have opened my existing ticket and of course stated it's not functioning right.  Will see if they actually look at it, or not.  Thought I would at least come in an share the info.

Kiku Kichi:  I would tend to agree.    It's also why they won't remove accounts, since their ad revenue, and data selling revenue is based on how many users they have (whether active or not).

Is this why player count in bingo is never as high as number of avatars showing? Actually, I wanted to ask what I have to do to win that @#$% gem contest, and why so often the winner's row is so often all or mostly male? Now to my other question; where is Treasure Tides in slots? You did the same thing to Seven Seas Sisters.  Just as both were starting to finally pay out dependably.  Did I just answer my own question?
