So Samantha, people are bringing up concerns about the constant loss of connection and your response is to close the discussion thread and post a link to read? Clearly the things in that link are not the only issue. As I said in my original post, I meet all of your requirements and beyond and it happens over and over. I can be anywhere else on the entire World Wide Web, including gaming sites, and this NEVER happens anywhere but here. "ERROR CODE 300 - The GREEN BOX OF FRUSTRATION" So what good does it do to submit a help ticket? Go through the process to be told the same thing? Read this link? I thought this was supposed to be a help forum yet you don't seem to want to hear it so it's shut down. Thanks for your assistance.
